Now in Accuro Admin Centre (AAC), your system administrator will enable your Accuro AI Scribe experience, help you select your subscription through Heidi and get your 2-week free trial started.

Your system Administrator logs into AAC, agrees to the Accuro terms and conditions, and enables your clinic to use Accuro AI Scribe.

The following day, you will see Accuro AI Scribe available to you in Accuro. Open an Encounter Note and click the Accuro AI Scribe button to follow the prompts, create your Heidi profile, and start your 2-week free trial. 

Before your free trial expires, work with your administrator to choose the subscription and billing options that suit you best and select those in AAC.

Accuro Admin Centre (AAC) now controls the Accuro AI Scribe, powered by Heidi experience: Enable the product, set controls for admin alerts, purchase and assign subscriptions, and control billing accounts.

System Administrator logs into AAC, agrees to the Accuro terms and conditions, and enables your clinic to use Accuro AI Scribe. Once a System Administrator enables Heidi, the feature becomes available to all providers in the database.

System Administrator works with the Provider to guide them through creating an account and linking it through the login. Once enabled, the following day the Provider will see the Accuro AI Scribe option when they open an Encounter Note in Accuro.

Before your free trial expires, work with the Provider to determine the subscription, the term, and billing details to complete the registration in AAC.

Office staff can have their own Accuro AI Scribe account and subscription. However, they cannot use Accuro AI Scribe on behalf of a provider, share provider sessions, or perform charting activities such as pre-charting or editing documentation outputs for a provider. Office staff can support setup and onboarding by coordinating with System Administrators and assisting providers with account configuration.

Confirm with your clinic’s System Administrator that Accuro AI Scribe has been enabled in the Accuro Admin Centre (AAC) and that the Accuro terms and conditions have been accepted for the clinic.

Once enabled, the following day the provider will see the Accuro AI Scribe option when they open an Encounter Note in Accuro. Remind your Provider that they need to create their Heidi profile and link their account to start the 2-week free trial.

If the provider wants to continue using Accuro AI Scribe after the free trial, remind them to work with your System Administrator to select the appropriate subscription and billing options in AAC.

Accuro users with an existing Heidi Scribe Plus, Heidi Pro, Heidi Clinician, or Heidi Practice subscriptions, or Enterprise plan can access Accuro AI Scribe at no extra cost. For new users or users looking to upgrade their subscription, Accuro AI Scribe Plus is available for $80 per user/month, billed month-to month, with no additional integration fees.

Yes. Heidi is fully compliant with PIPEDA and all health privacy regulations in every Canadian province. Our platform is secured through end-to-end encryption and is compliant with all Canadian privacy and security standards. Heidi also uses strong de-identification, removing all personal identifiers before processing, and clinicians and patients always retain control and can delete notes permanently at any time. Not at this time. Accuro AI Scribe currently includes core scribe functionality only. Features such as Evidence, fillable forms, and other tools available on Heidi’s website are not part of this integration. However, with an Accuro AI Scribe subscription, you can still access those features directly on the Heidi website.

If you have an account with Heidi, you'll continue to pay them until the end of your term. If you choose to continue using the integration your billing and subscription will switch to Accuro AI Scribe Plus at $80/mo billed to Accuro.

• If you received a 2 week free trial, it means you are either new to the integration or are coming from a Free Heidi License.

• If no action is taken the trial ends automatically and nothing is billed. An e-mail is sent to your Administrator reminding to sign up.

• If you're interested, you and your Administrator should agree to a plan and decide on billing options in AAC before the trial ends to avoid service disruption.

No, There is no auto-billing or duplication. You may cancel your term renewal with Heidi, it does not stop your current access until the end of your active term.
